In 2015, we purchased two double shotgun arts-and-crafts style bungalows at 4536 Dryades and 1825 Cadiz Streets. The building fronting Dryades Street was converted from a double shotgun apartment building into a prime commercial space. The renovation included removing all interior partitions to create one large, open commercial space with vaulted ceilings and endless amounts of natural light. The building features a large outdoor seating area, an inviting storefront/porch, and a patented cable structuring system. The renovation was done in collaboration with Williams Architects and Beier Construction. We leased the commercial space to French Truck Coffee which serves as their main Uptown location.
The building at 1825 Cadiz Street underwent a historic tax credit renovation and currently operates as two one bedroom apartments.
