In late 2022, we acquired The Avenue Pub, a historic and iconic beer establishment located at 1732 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. After recognizing the tremendous potential of this beloved local institution, we partnered with our good friends at Blue Oak BBQ and The Rambler Bar to restore it to its former glory. The property’s location on St. Charles Avenue is perfectly suited to serve tourists and locals alike, and our team is thrilled to have played a key role in revitalizing this landmark.
The Pub has earned a reputation as one of the most essential beer-drinking destinations in the South, and with the re-introduction of a staggering array of beers on tap, food crafted by award-winning chefs, and a little bit of renovation work throughout, we’re excited to see it continue to flourish for years to come.
