In 2015, we purchased 2854 St. Charles Avenue— a historic mixed-use building in the heart of the Garden District, formerly occupied by The Grocery. On this project we utilized historic tax credits to conduct a full renovation of the property, converting it into 5 apartment units and one commercial space fronting St. Charles Avenue. We worked with architect Jennifer Zurk, interior designer Rivers Spencer, and contractor Beier Construction.

The property features exposed brick fireplaces, marble countertops, large historic windows, private balconies fronting St. Charles Avenue, and original restored hardwood floors. We leased the commercial property to Gracious Bakery.
