Upon completing the renovation of 3038 St. Claude Avenue, we purchased the building next door, which was a blighted raised basement double.
We worked with Concordia Architects and Colmex Construction to restore the property to its original use as two upstairs apartments and ground floor commercial space. The two apartments each feature original hardwood floors, historic windows and doors, and modern, updated kitchens—each with a custom corkscrew kitchen table/bar that spins up or down from floor to ceiling. The ground floor commercial space is currently occupied by The Domino Bar, a friendly neighborhood gathering spot for wine, games, and more.
