In 2017, we purchased 3300 Magazine St—a 10,000 SF mixed-use development that includes four distinct retail spaces and a now luxurious short-term rental that sleeps up to 10 people.
The re-development of this property included renovating the entire 10,000 SF building, which streamlined the layout to provide for four unique commercial/retail spaces. The various spaces feature exposed bricks, high ceilings, concrete floors, large storefront windows, clear span layouts, and exposed wood elements. Today, the space is occupied by an eclectic collection of tenants including United Apparel Liquidators, The Daily Beet Restaurant, Perkins industries, and F45 Gym.
