In 2014, we purchased the old Popeye’s location at 4041 Magazine Street from a REIT. After desperately trying to entice Popeye’s back to this location with no luck, we were able to negotiate a lease with Izzo’s Illegal Burrito. The property underwent a drastic renovation updating the building into a modern, quick service restaurant.
