This uptown gem, purchased in late 2019, features two historic creole cottages situated on over 7,000 feet of land. The property carries an HU-B1 (high-intensity commercial) zoning designation, allowing for a wide variety of uses. The building is ideally located in Uptown’s Dryades Commercial Corridor, which is a stretch of neighborhood-commercial establishments between Napoleon Avenue and Valence Street.

The project vision was executed by Martha Pearson Designs, who was able to create a fresh and unique aesthetic for the space while remaining cohesive with the classic creole-cottage style.
