In 2012, we purchased 4601 Dryades Street through the tax sale process and later worked out a deal to purchase it outright from the owner. The building was blighted and in desperate need of repair. We restored the mixed-use building which now includes ground floor retail and a second floor boutique office space. The project utilized historic tax credits and a Restoration Tax Abatement (RTA). The ground floor commercial space is currently occupied by Pomegranate Hospitality and the second floor space is home to Federated Historic Holdings. We worked with MNK Construction on the renovation, which was FHH’s first real estate development project.
