We purchased this double shotgun arts-and-crafts style raised basement in 2017 and performed a full gut, historic tax credit renovation. We blew out the entire first floor garage/basement area to create 1031 SF ground floor commercial space and converted the two small upstairs apartments into 4BR/4BA units.
