We purchased the former Weber Garden Center at 5001 Freret Street in 2016, and worked with the architectural firm Studio WTA to develop a 8,600 SF mixed-use building comprised of 7,000 SF of commercial space, one 1,600 SF apartment, and 22 off-street parking spaces. The development features a modern, sleek design with a large front seating area, 14’ high ceilings, spiral ducts, and large storefront windows.
The commercial spaces were leased to BABE, a contemporary women’s boutique, and two popular fast-casual spots, Blaze Pizza and Halal Guys to the neighborhood.
