In 2018, we purchased two retail buildings at 3944-48 Magazine St., which sit in the middle of one of the strongest retail blocks on Magazine Street with businesses including Warby Parker, Marine Layer, Kiehl’s, Billy Reid, J. Maglaughlin, Stoney Clover Lane, and Pilot & Powell. After purchasing, we worked with Colmex Construction to conduct renovations of both buildings, down to the last detail of adding a historical awning to the entryway of 3944. Once the renovations were complete, we procured leases with Lululemon and Indochino, introducing nationally recognized brands to this highly walkable and historic area.
